DataChef Orientation Project
This is a 4 weeks project, starting on first day of contract of a new hire.
📥 Input is: a new hire.
📤 output is: a chef (or termination at the end of one month probation)
DOP is:

- measured by 4+ explicit & documented checkpoints and tests

- 3w: Teaching DataChef to the new hire.
- 1w: Teaching Client org to the new hire.
For Chefs not on Clients side
- 4w: Teaching DataChef to the new hire.
