What you’ll do

• Develop and scale an existing AI chatbot platform into a production-ready application.
• Design and maintain backend services and APIs supporting AI functionality.
• Integrate LLM services, embeddings and vector databases.
• Build cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for AI applications.
• Improve monitoring, logging, security and scalability of the platform.
• Contribute to the frontend and usability of the chatbot solution.
• Translate organisational needs into technical solutions.
• Work in Agile teams to continuously improve the AI platform.

What you’ll bring

• Experience developing backend services using Python.
• Experience building APIs and microservices used in production environments.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps tooling.
• Experience working with LLM-based solutions such as RAG systems.
• Experience integrating external AI services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
