By design, DataChef is committed to providing autonomy and flexibility to the right people (a.k.a. chefs). However, we find it wrong to ask our chefs to trade the financial gain for themselves and their families because of more autonomy and flexibility at DataChef.

Compensation Philosophy

  1. It is transparent; we can explain to you how it's calculated over a cup of coffee and where the numbers come from.
  2. It is consistent; we talk about roles rather than individuals.
  3. It is fair; it is fair to the current state of our company. External investors do not fund us. We earn by our hard work and take pride in being independent and self-funded.

We don't aim to be the highest payer of base salary in the market. Still, we offer a total compensation package contributing to the success of DataChef, enabling you to benefit from the financial success of our growth (big time).

The market and recruitment companies, in particular, love to use big job titles to justify salaries. At DataChef, we have a down-to-earth approach. We look at the impact you are creating for our clients and us.
